Meet the Engineer
Trey Burleson
Founder & Principal Engineer at JB3 Automation, with over 10 years of hands-on experience designing, programming, and commissioning industrial automation systems across a wide range of industries.
My experience spans food & beverage, medical device, pulp & paper, mining, and CNC robotics. I've built and supported systems in environments where reliability and uptime aren't optional.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama, an Ignition Gold Certification from Inductive Automation, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Each of these has shaped how I approach system design, process improvement, and project delivery.
As the founder and principal engineer, I'm personally involved in every project, ensuring the same standard of quality from discovery through commissioning.
